This is how the day sheet is looking today, 19th Dec 19:
Notes on the above:
- I realize it’s really bad.
- I’m sharing this for accountability. Mind is coming up with a million explanations, but that’s the whole point.
- I’ve been taught that a new habit takes 3 months to form. 12 weeks.
- I’m at the eighth week. lost past three weeks living I never want to live like.
The good part is, it was worse than this. Also, now, it is accounted for.
Also, another good part – today is a new day. Will post updates at the end of 12 weeks.
